Nederlands: Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle diensten, producten en lidmaatschappen van The Etheric Fairy.

2. Diensten, Verzendkosten en Levertermijnen / Services, Shipping and Delivery
Nederlands:
Verzendkosten: Nederland: €8,95. Gratis verzending bij bestellingen boven €150,-.
Internationaal: €18,50. Gratis verzending bij bestellingen boven €250,-.
Fairy Tribe (Memberships): Lidmaatschappen worden maandelijks automatisch gefactureerd. Opzeggen kan maandelijks via het klantaccount.
Levertermijnen:
Digitale producten: Directe download na betaling.
Energetische sessies: Worden direct bevestigd (booking) of binnen 2 werkdagen gepland.
Handgemaakte producten: Gemiddeld 4 weken productietijd na start productie (ontvangst aanbetaling).

Shipping Costs:
The Netherlands: €8.95. Free shipping on orders over €150.
International: €18.50. Free shipping on orders over €250.
Fairy Tribe (Memberships): Memberships are billed automatically monthly. Cancellations can be made monthly via the customer account.
Delivery times:
Digital products: Immediate download after payment.
Energy sessions: Confirmed immediately (booking) or scheduled within 2 working days.
Handmade items: Average 4 weeks production time after production starts (receipt of deposit).
3. Bestelling en betaling / Orders and Payment
Nederlands:
Alle betalingen verlopen veilig via Mollie, Stripe, PayPal, Ko-fi of Etsy.
Custom Orders (Maatwerk Proces):
Stap 1 (Design Fee): Je betaalt vooraf €55,-. Dit dekt het consult en reserveert je plek. Dit bedrag is niet-restitueerbaar.
Stap 2 (Start Productie): Na akkoord op het ontwerp betaal je een aanbetaling van 50% van het totaalbedrag (waarbij de €55,- in mindering wordt gebracht). Pas na deze betaling start de productie.
Stap 3 (Verzending): Het resterende bedrag (+ eventuele verzendkosten) moet voldaan zijn voordat het item wordt verzonden.
Fairy Tribe: Betaling via automatische maandelijkse incasso.

All payments are processed securely through Mollie, Stripe, PayPal, Ko-fi or Etsy.
Custom Orders (Process):
Step 1 (Design Fee): An upfront €55 deposit covers the consultation and reserves your spot. This fee is non-refundable.
Step 2 (Start Production): After approving the design, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required (the €55 fee is deducted from this). Production starts only after this payment.
Step 3 (Shipping): The remaining balance (+ shipping costs) must be paid in full before the item is shipped.
Fairy Tribe: Payment via automatic monthly billing.
4. Digitale producten en retourbeleid / Digital Products and Returns
Nederlands:
Voor digitale producten geldt geen herroepingsrecht zodra het bestand is geleverd of gedownload.
Voor maatwerk (Custom Orders) geldt geen retourrecht, omdat deze specifiek voor de klant zijn gemaakt.
Als er een technisch probleem optreedt (zoals een mislukte download), neem binnen 7 dagen contact op voor hulp.
Uit coulance bied ik vervanging of ondersteuning aan, maar geen terugbetaling bij een verandering van gedachten.

Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
Custom Orders are non-refundable/non-returnable as they are made specifically for the client.
If a technical issue occurs, please contact me within 7 days for assistance.
Replacements or support may be offered, but refunds are not possible for a change of mind.
5. Annulering en klachten / Cancellations and Complaints
Nederlands:
Sessies kunnen tot 48 uur van tevoren kosteloos worden verplaatst via het systeem of per e-mail.
Bij latere annulering of niet verschijnen ("no-show") vindt geen restitutie plaats.
Uitzondering: Bij aantoonbare onverwachte noodsituaties of ernstige ziekte bied ik altijd een redelijke nieuwe datum of tegoedbon aan.
Klachten kunnen via e-mail (Info@theethericfairy.com) worden ingediend en worden binnen 5 werkdagen beantwoord.

Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance via the system or email.
No refunds are possible for late cancellations or no-shows.
Exception: In case of demonstrable unexpected emergencies or serious illness, a fair reschedule or credit is always offered.
Complaints can be sent by email (Info@theethericfairy.com) and will be answered within 5 working days.
6. Aansprakelijkheid / Liability
Let op / Note: De dienstverlening is bedoeld ter spirituele ondersteuning en is geen medisch advies. / Services are for spiritual support and not medical advice.
Nederlands:
Er geldt een inspanningsverplichting, geen resultaatverplichting. Specifieke uitkomsten of genezing worden nooit gegarandeerd.
Alle diensten zijn energetisch/creatief en vormen geen vervanging voor medische of psychologische zorg.
Aanvulling voor Dieren: The Etheric Fairy is geen dierenarts en stelt geen medische diagnoses. De diensten zijn uitsluitend energetisch. Bij ziekte, pijn of spoedgevallen bij uw dier dient u altijd direct een erkende dierenarts te raadplegen. U blijft te allen tijde zelf verantwoordelijk voor de medische zorg van uw dier.
The Etheric Fairy is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, interpretaties of technische storingen bij derden (zoals banken, Wix of Stripe).
De aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag dat voor het betreffende product of de sessie is betaald.

Services represent an obligation of effort, not result. Specific outcomes or healing are never guaranteed.
All services are energetic/creative and not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
Addition for Animals: The Etheric Fairy is not a veterinarian and does not provide medical diagnoses. Services are strictly energetic. In case of illness, pain, or emergency, always consult a licensed veterinarian immediately. You remain fully responsible for your animal’s medical care at all times.
The Etheric Fairy is not liable for indirect damages, interpretations or third-party technical issues (like banks, Wix or Stripe).
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product or session.
7. Privacy en vertrouwelijkheid / Privacy and Confidentiality
Nederlands:
Persoonsgegevens (naam, e-mail, bestelling) worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor levering en communicatie.
Alle informatie gedeeld tijdens sessies blijft strikt vertrouwelijk.

Personal data (name, email, order) are used solely for delivery and communication.
All information shared during sessions remains strictly confidential.

8. Toepasselijk recht / Governing Law
Nederlands:
Op alle aanbiedingen en overeenkomsten is Nederlands recht van toepassing.
In geval van geschil streven beide partijen eerst naar een vreedzame oplossing.

In case of dispute, both parties first aim for an amicable resolution.
